Beehive Buzz
At The Barclay, we strive to give back to our community and environment. In honor of our own buzzing bees, we invite you to join us in building a more sustainable future. In collaboration with Andrew Coté from ‘Andrews Honey’, we’re offering the opportunity for you and your team to build wooden bee hives, and donate them to a local bee conservancy.
PRICING:
$100.00++ per guest
For two (2) hours, this experience includes equipment for wooden hives, tour of rooftop bee apiary, bee hive specialist, and gift jar of Barclay Honey.

Hemingway & The Barclay
History With A Twist
During the summer of 1940,
Ernest Hemmingway was in residence at The Barclay, completing one of his most famous novels For Whom the Bell Tolls.
After numerous hours of writing and editing, Mr. Hemmingway would often invite friends to his room for an evening of cocktails, relaxation, and conversation.
You and your guests will pair off into groups of 2-4, to learn the secret sauce behind a local favorite: The Hemmingway Daiquiri.
Our tastemakers are ready to transport you back in time with this interactive and tailor-made experience.
